    Contact the hospital directly

Email or use the hospital's international patient department to request an invitation letter.

    Provide required information

Passport details, planned treatment dates, medical condition summary.

    Receive the letter

Usually takes 1-2 weeks. The hospital sends it directly to you or the embassy.

🩺 Accompanying Family

Family members can usually use the same visa as the patient, or apply for L-visas with the medical patient's invitation letter.
